what kinda clip in pedals are these

does nanybody know what kinda pedals these are

the bike i got came with these fittede ,,are they still current ,,they seem ok,,if i wanted to use these what kinda cleats would i need ?am i limited to a certain type of shoe,,,

they're either spl-sl or a shimano look delta compatible. spd-sl is still quite current, and while you can still get look delta cleats, keo is the dominant look racing cleat these days.

They do look like SPD-SL. I have the SPD with Shimano shoes that have a recessed cleat so that you can walk around as if you have totally flat shoes on. I recommend SPD pedals with one side SPD and the other side flat so you can wear normal shoes if need be.

so look keo cleats is what i want ,,and any shoes i buy would have to b compatible with the cleats i take it ,,i know nothing about these and need to buy the whole shebang ,,any reccs

Done some searching and it looks like most road shoes are compatible with SPD-SL and Look cleats. Here are a few products I found have a look.

If it's an spdsl pedal then you can't use look keo cleats

Certainly not look delta, and that back plate doesn't look right for spd-sl. It's a shimano pedal though. Will go looking later as I'm in my phone browsing

That's the ones - early SPD Road
