Snapped the bolt that you tighten to adjust the seat. On the post rather than attached to seat.

Should Halfords stock these?

Seatpost bolt? Ask Halfords if they sell them, take the bike in

Just buy a new clamp..but take the old one with you as they are all different diameters..
