What is this bottom bracket

What type of bottom bracket is this how is it removed and will the shell take a standard replacement. It is in a Coventry eagle frame at the local junk shop?

Is it an old Shimano Selecta bottom bracket? ISIS splines. I'm sure it fits a standard BB shell
