Bit of an ambiguous question. If I just go out for a ride I try to get at least 30 miles. When I decide it's to be a long ride I guess I'm looking at 60+ miles.

125-135 miles at the moment. Purely because 200+km is the minimum distance you can get Audax points awarded. I am also attempting my Randoneurs Round the Year Award which is a ride of a minimum 200km every month. Miss one (even your 12th) and you start from scratch.

My most frequent is my 30 mile commute but 60 miles would be an average day out with others. Problem is, it's just not happening often enough at the moment and I've even still to score a single point in the monthly challenge rides.

Can I tick both the 60-80miles and 101-120 boxes ? Our weekly club runs are usually 60+miles; I'll usually extend them at least once a month to 100+miles but in summer that could be most weekends.

My most frequent long, ride is between 30-40 miles, however, quite often I will do 50-60.
