You can use alerts to do this.
In your preferences (http://www.cyclechat.net/account/preferences) tick the box to automatically watch threads you post in. This will add an alert when someone responds to a thread you've posted in.
If you'd prefer to see them as a list just click the alert button (as opposed to just hovering over it) ... http://www.cyclechat.net/account/alerts
