Older bikes are usually measured in inches rather than cm and are typically designed to be ridden with less seat post showing
I'd guess around a 21" frame, or smaller if you can find a good one....but they are rare.

i would try an older 21" or 22" sized frame as a starting point and go from there .

where are you based if near to me in nn8 always got a couple of older style bikes you are welcome to try for size

Someone of your size would have more chance of finding an atb frame that fits properly.
21" of any type of frame is could too big for you, it might be a run around but might as well get it right.
An atb frame with ridged forks, narrow,semi slick tyres, etc would be ideal.
