Hello there!
On the tandem at the moment we have only one saddle bag (behind my saddle) as there's no room between her saddle and the rack due to her short little legs.
It'd be handy to have another bag for stuff which we want to be easy-access (cereal bars, money, phone, etc).
There don't seem to be very many of such bags available, I have only found one stem bag which is made by Topeak and branded a "tri-bag" which doesn't look particularly like it would stand any sort of atmosphere-borne moisture. (although it does mention that it has a waterproof cover?)
Frame bags are rather more abundant, but only, seemingly, from unheard of makes, so I don't know how good they are likely to be.
So does anyone here use a frame or a stem bag that they can recommend?
