Any suggestions (head of steaming water? decongestant?) cos yesterday I did a sportive and was so sniffly it really affected my breathing, particularly when eating.
It's not enough to go the docs about but there's obviously enough in my sinuses / passages to cause inconvenience. It may just be when it's cold and damp but I've only been riding weekly & sportives for 18 months and as I want to improve it's crossed my mind to try and do something about it - when it's been a mere minor incovenience in the past.
