What brake pads?

I have always bought from a shop and have not really taken much notice of what I have been given but now I am looking for some replacement brake pads online.

Who knew there were so many different type: organic, resin, metallic.. I'm confused.

OK, bike is a Scott P55. Brakes are Shimano BR-M416 mechanical disc F/R 160mm.


Are these right?

The pads for the BR-M416 are the same as for Deore M515 & M525 brakes, so you have found the right ones (which is quite impressive tbh! ).
