I use Conti gp4000s , last twice as long as ultremos and roll just as quick .

Conti GP4000s would be my choice. Also would be putting in latex inner tubes or Conti Supersonic inners (butyl tubes, 50g a piece).

I would also maybe use 25s instead of 23s size tyre as they wheels will be really stiff and will be a harsher ride than non aero wheel .

I might choose 25's too on those wheels, but not for those reasons exactly, but because the rim is wider than other rims with a toroidal shape so 25's will likely give a better aero profile (closer to that of a tub) and also increase grip and rider comfort!

Those wheels with a good, compliant 25mm tyre and latex inners will ride pretty much like tubs.

I've just ploncked some Michelin Pro 4 Service Course on my far inferior wheels and they are great. 25c so a nice comfortable ride to what I was used to in 23c. Super grippy, roll really well and not cut up yet at all (TOUCH WOOD) Got them 38% off

I use vastly cheaper wheels (Pro-Lite), but on my Hill Climb bike (road bike, but I never ride it other than for Hill Climbs these days as I am always on my TT bike, so am referring to it as my Hill Climb bike in an attempt to sound pro) I am using 23mm GP4000s tyres with supersonics and am very happy with the combination! I go up hill reasonably quickly and I can not imagine any other combination making much difference other than if I bought some super light uber wheels.
