he has currently 2 bikes for sale which i think are under priced?

Boardman Comp 54cm medium road bike carbon fork. Built as a winter commuter, with full length mudguards, brand new cx tyres, upgraded calipers from original

carbon frame /forks, upgraded with American classic wheels, brand new fizic saddle, currently on a 8 speed transmission, originally 10 speed, lightweight bike 8kg

I've got a cyclecross Boardman done up with mudguards like that as my 'winter' bike. It's the same colours so I presume it's a similar age - 2014? Even as an ex demonstrator it cost me about £700. I wouldn't let my go for £100. It's not a bad bike.

Check Ebay, click on the Advanced box at the side and they tell you what the previous bikes have gone for. That Boardman could go for £250-£400. I don't know what the other model is exactly.
