What are SPDs?

Just a quick vid i made to explain to anyone my understanding of SPDs, not a perfect guide by any means, but try talking and riding, its not as easy as it sounds. I hope this helps someone.

This is not a good use of video in instructing folk in the pros & cons of SPDs. Why ride around? Why not set up in the yard and show people the cleats, shoes, pedals, clipping in etc.

Got to agree with above,
If you are going to make an instructional video. Then how about showing some instruction of said subject rather then waffling on.

lots of people where spds because the price realllly int that bad. wtf why .

By all means vlog whilst riding. Some people do it well. Svengalie for example does it with his motorbikes.
But as others have said, you need to do something like this with a bike in front of you and not under you.
and keep them short, 13mins on spd's... rather long if you ask me.
