Well done. A little while back there was a post put up on my Facebook feed featuring a lady I used to ride with when I was club cycling, I haven't seen her for many years, she's now 88 has ridden 9000 miles this year and is planning on hitting 10000 miles before the year is out.

After reading the OP, I disagree. I for one need to be shamed for the mileage I DO NOT do . I have no valid excuses.

It doesn't matter how long, how short, how fast, how slow, how frequent or infrequently you ride, as long as you ride.

I read that this morning. Years ago I was involved with putting simple email, internet access into care homes. Sounds like this is an extension of that. One of the key things is helping people to access memories of happy times.

We use technology in some awful ways but others are fantastic and so beneficial.
