Flipped my stem over earlier, now has a slight positive rise rather than the negative drop of before.

Can't be more than 10 degrees but its has made the bike feel a whole lot better. Went out for a quick spin at lunch and it's a much more confidence inspiring handling thing. Actually peddled down some bits I've been covering the brakes on recently.

Little things sometimes are surprising.

Mine is flipped to. It might seem strange to most people as it looks unusual. If you suffer with your back like me though it can make all the difference when you are in the saddle for a few hours!

weird. it should, in theory, make the handling more twitchy
