Hi have dual pedals on Wattbike. Work fine for son who has Look Keo, however I could not release shimano SPD SL cleat from opp side. There seemed to be 2 settings, was set on low. Could not change so undid screw and piece holding spring popped out and now can't put back together. Any advice. I am thinking if can put back together on high setting might work? Was absolutely impossible to get cleats out and other son who has shimano pedals twisted knee when releasing his as stuck. Any advice welcome? Thank you 😊
