Missed this over the weekend Shanaze cruised to World Championship another option on a cycling medal at the Olympics but its a shame she wont be with the track squad as she looked impressive at the Worlds.

...but... is it just me or do you think the bike looks, well, a little bit, um, ... small... for her...
BMX always makes me smile. I know there are some incredible stunts and riding performed on BMX (and I couldn't do them, I hasten to add!) but I always think they look as though they should have stabilisers... and ribbons and tassels on the grips

A good result for her and as you say she looks good for a gold in Beijing, shame she can't team up again with Vicky and try to make it two Golds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
