Well done, Ribble!

I bought a Cateye Strada Cadence computer from Ribble. It arrived at the weekend, while I was away. I opened the packaging on Sunday and found that the cadence magnet was missing.

I emailed Ribble on Monday, explaining that the magnet was missing and asking for a free of charge replacement (thinking that I might be at least be in for an argument). On Tuesday I received two emails - one to say 'sorry, they would send a replacement' and the other email to say that the replacement had been despatched.

Today, Wednesday, the replacement arrived. I have no connection with Ribble, other than as a customer.

Well done, Ribble!

Well done to probikekit as well, since we seem to be thanking other retailers to those mentioned in the OP :whistle:


Anyway, it's hardly outstanding service, more what I'd expect tbh.
