Weinmann Brake Ferrules

Hello

Can I improvise with something else rather than buy some Weinmann Brake Ferrules

I have a couple of other brake parts that could work (Photos to follow)

I am just getting a little fed up buying small parts!!!!!

TBH I'd buy those, much better looking than the plastic ones that were common. If that ferrule fails you've got no brake at all

I have just bought a couple of pairs of those ferrules as spares.
Much better looking than a bodge job.
