Depends what you are dressing it in! And assuming that my guess is close, why do you want to k ow weight without the forks? Without those you have nowhere to put the wheels

im selling the frame and a gumtree buyer seems obsessed with the weight of the frame without forks.

Stand on scales with/without and the difference is the weight.

A decent aluminium frame should be around 1000g - 1200g hence his interest.
