Weekday rides for oldies S.Wales

Having just added a Trek 1.2 to my 'stable' I'm looking for companions in the 55-70 age group to do short rides (10-20) miles during the week around the RCT/Mid.Glam area.I am based in Llantrisant.
One possibility could be Llantrisant-Cowbridge to meet up with a group of riders who ride from Cardiff-Cowbridge and meet in a cafe on Wed. morns.

Hi Mike. Good too see a local rider on this site. I do not fit into your requested age group but I wish you well in your endeavour. Remember that you are not that far away from a few entry points to the Taff Trail (A ride well worth doing).
