Wandered into their shop yesterday in passing, wanted something to strap some bits onto the top of my rack...
Him "You ok?"
Me, looking at £35 Agu rack bag, "Have you got anything like a bungee cord ?, I want to strap some stuff onto my rack"
Him, peering through window to look at my bike propped up outside, "Don't think so, hang on a sec" disappears into workshop comes back with a rack strap "Just taken this off my hire bike, will this do?"
Me "Sure, that's perfect, what's the damage?"
Him "Nah forget it, it's yours"
