Web-based video editing.

Does anyone have any recommendations for web-based video editing tools? It needs to be web-based as I use a Chromebook, so can't download software, though can use Apps.

I've seen some that look ok, such as PowerDirector and KineMaster, but it would be good to hear from people who have used them or others.

I'm a real beginner with this as well, so simple is good!

I use Power Director on my android tablet.
It's pretty good at what it does, but is not particularly full of features.
