Its better from a training pointofview to ride out with the TAILWIND then head back into the HEADWIND.

As your properly warmed up then !

I'm loving it at the mo. Went out Sunday, Monday & Tuesday, done just shy of 100 miles & my bike is still clean free day tomorrow, so off for a little jaunt & make the most of it whilst it lasts

HAD A NICE RIDE OUT TONIGHT, glad of respite from the bloody rain ! would be nice to have a few more clear less cludy nights, but shouldnt complain really...winters coming.

although saying that, we dont seem to get really bad winters so theres still going to be plenty cycling
