Warranty on Bianchi frames ?

Had an mildly ominous creak from the bike for a week, particually when applying hard pressure to the non drive side crank

oh...oh dear....checked it this morning.....

Maybe 4 years old, maybe 4000 miles....nothing outrageous is it !!!!

When I was manager of a Bianchi dealership we never had a problem with warranty, claims were always quibble free and swiftly resolved.

That's a big ugly bolt keeping the cable guide on, not what I'd expect from a Bianchi anyway!
