Warm / waterproof top ideas needed

Really need a warm and waterproof top for this winter if any one can help with thier experience - budget up to £100, if anyone can recommend some good overshoes as well it would be appreciated.

You probably want a jersey (maybe with a windproof front) for cool dry days and a waterproof to wear only when it actually rains. Wearing a waterproof all the time will be pretty unpleasant unless you ride very slowly so you don't sweat since even the most breathable of jackets isn't breathable enough for a hard working cyclist.
