Wanted oversized road handlebars or shim to take 26mm to 31.8

Has anyone either a set of road bars in oversized 31.8 or a shim to make a set of 26mm bars fit oversized stem that's they no longer need? Not looking for anything exotic, just a cheap set.Please message me with price and details.thanks.

CRC do shims for about a fiver, if that helps
