I purchased these approximately April this use and used them for Outlaw Triathlon this year. They've been used about 10 times and I'm selling as they're way beyond anything I need.
Spec is as follows:
Walker Brothers "WideBoy" range wheel sets have an extra wide 28mm braking surface width which widens out to a maximum of almost 30mm. They have an angled 4 degree braking surface and when fitted with 25mm tyres gives an excellent aero profile of tyre and rim combined.
RIM: 58mm deep uni-directional carbon, matt finish. 28mm braking surface width, 29.5mm maximum width, Basalt braking surface (heat resistant to 200 degrees Celsius). Comes with Continental lightweight rim tape.
HUB: Walker Brothers lightweight carbon 8/9/10/11 speed Free hub body. 4 sealed bearing system rear hub. 20/F 24/R spoke holes.
SPOKES: Black Sapim CX Ray
WHEELSET WEIGHT: 1620G +/- 30g
These are super fast wheels which are fantastic.
Supplied with skewers brake pads and fitted with S-Works Turbo Tyres.
The bike is not included.
Due to the nature of these I'd prefer them to be collected however posted can be arranged at the buyers expense.
