Vitus razor 2008

I have read your links from 2007 re this bike and I am contemplating getting back into cycling. I am 48 and looking to do this for fitness and hopefully to get into a local club. I was looking at a criterium which wont be in stock to late August and have discovered bikes in this price range are limited. My question to you knowledgeable guys is is this still a good buy for this price or are there similar better buys. I would welcome any advice you have

I have £350 to spend and have seen the claud butler criterium 2009 road bike for £325 and the Vitus Razor 2008 for £325 are these any good or do you know of better in this price range - thanks

For the money the Vitus looks good value - presumably it is Sora 8spd. But to get a bike down to these prices there are inevitably some cheap components used and personally I would get a better specced second hand bike off eBay for the same money.
