Vitus Dee 29 VR City bike 2016 - opinions...?

Hi all,
I posted earlier today about purchasing a single speed, but after some research stumbled upon this bike which is fairly reduced. I'm pretty tempted as it has the disc brakes that I'm after, but also adds a Nexus 3 speed hub for what looks like a great deal! I've read a bit about the brand and they seem fairly well reviewed, but I'd be interested to hear some more opinions, particularly on this specific bike?

Having a bit of a change of heart now, and considering the Marin SG2 instead, as seems to have better components from a better manufacturer, plus I can find places to test it out and buy it in a shop where they can supply it set up and ready. Going for as little as £300 - down from £500.

Cheers, but I'm set on avoiding external gears for this bike, and want to give hubs a go!
