Need for steeds
Yet another viscount to add to the stables. Quite tidy specimen but the extra shimano decals need to come off.
Need to give it a once over and a few miles before I decide on what to do

Nothing wrong with Mk111 Alloy fork IMO. The lugged frames never had alloy forks so no worries there. Nice looking bike Tony how does it ride?
My Aerospace Pro is still the best riding bike I have even with its so called Death fork.

Agreed ... a great ride. Lot of mythology about these forks ... does anyone know of someone who has died from a failure?
I've had an Aerospace Pro since 1977, fitted as Steve W notes, with the series three forks which have done tens of thousands of miles. Have a look at this ...
