Can't access my Virgin Media email account on my HTC Wildfire, I am with T-Mobile, anyone know how to fix this?

I did one of these recently and I'll try to remember the 'gist' as a sort of guide but...a bit odd because you need to gently 'scroll' the screen to reveal all the setup details needed.

Somewhere it asks if you if you are using SSL - yes. I think..
Outgoing smtp, which would be smtp.virginmedia.com
Then the port number outgoing (465?)
There are some 'next' buttons to press along the way - as the phone shows
Incoming POP3, pop3.virginmedia.com
Port No incoming (995?)
Keep pressing the next button on prompt and it might 'happen'.
Presumably you are setting up whilst connected to your home network Wi Fi?
