VIP Tickets for TdeF finish in Paris on Sunday 21 July 2013.
I have two tickets that I am unable to use. I am not selling them but asking for a donation to MacRide/Macmillan Cancer Support - they have no face value.
They are for the Tribune Gabriel on the north side of the Champs Elysses (shortly before the finish line) - it's an all-seat, open grandstand with an exellent view (I was there in 2005)
The tickets are ONLY for the grandstand, there is no transport, accommodation, hospitality, free drinks etc. - just seats to watch the finish.
Timing : the grandstand opens at 1700, the publicity floats go past at about 1800, the riders' first lap starts at about 2000 and the finish is scheduled for 2145 - and I believe there is then a firework display to celebrate the 100th Tour. [The proceedings are in the evening, later than usual this year]
If you are interested:
1 PM me with your best offer stating whether you are offering for one or two tickets by no later than Noon on Saturday 13 July - your PM must have a phone number.
2 On Saturday 13 July in the early afternoon I will contact the person(s) with the best offer by phone to arrange immediate payment to MacRide/Macmillan Cancer Support* using a credit or debit card through Worldpay - no later than Noon on Sunday 14 July.
3 When payment has been confirmed I will send the tickets by recorded and insured post on Monday morning (or they may be collected from Stratford-upon-Avon)
I will, obviously, not discuss or disclose any offers and will not split a request for two tickets (i.e. a two-ticket offer will have to be better than the best two one-ticket offers)
* MacRide Events runs events and has an online system to manage entries and payments at www.macride-events.org.uk
