Im just awaiting delivery on this little number, which I've bought off photos. Im a little courious as to the seat post stays though, not seen this before and what looks like an extended seat tube. Can anyone enlighten me ? Also the near vertical rear dropouts indicate something to me but I cant recall just what.

looks nice and yes seat post stays do look different , rest of lugs look early 70's but rear dropouts not looks like it might be close clearance frame ie time trial , but vey nice indeed and nice buy @Tony Smith
