Vintage loop frames

Does anybody know much about these I am about to get one which I believe to be approx 85 years old the old lady who has given it to me rode it as a young girl and she is now 82 years old it's pretty rusty but has been in an attic for 50 years she thinks it may be a raleigh but I couldn't see any badges etc I will post some pics when I get it later this week
