IMO could be a really good way of getting in some upper-body exercise on the way to the shops - if I had the space and it was closer I think I'd be sorely tempted!

Does it have brakes? I assume so but I can't see them. A hub brake up front?

It is very similar to the attached Harding Cambridge model from a 1950s catalogue.

The lamps are oil, not carbide, similar to the Miller Lumo attached. The lamps are earlier, possibly 1930s, but they were produced for many years earlier in that form.
