obtained this for the commute to the local in the winter months as you can see it needs a clean as some of the rust appears to come from a pigeon. It even has the original woods valve inner tubes

just need mudguards, lights and polishing (maybe white walls aswell)
Any ideas on how to get the grips back to a nice white

Nice, everyone needs a 3spd, my Raleigh 'City' looked much like that until I 'got at' it.
