We are using a Viking Tarantino tandem for our 7 day lejog attempt in september, we collect it direct from the head office in Manchester

The bike itself is pretty good, well specked for a tandem with a surprising about of tandem specific parts, the frame is very well made, plenty of room, light weight and stiff. Overall very impressive

Hold on, hold on....I saw a few Viking bikes this week - nothing to do with the link. Big clumpy poorly specced bikes for the money.

You got a link for the Torino?

A mixture of Sora and 2300 components on the drivetrain which is fine, but all the other components are unbranded. That's where the money is saved. With Trek and Giant entry level bikes the Wheels,Hubs, Forks, Brakes, Headset, Stem, Bars, Seatpost and Saddle and usually branded items.
