View New Content - inconsistant behaviour

I am finding that the history period for the differing options (forums,messages, blogs, gallery) are strange:



For Messages - it seems to show from the previous day which seems fine....

And for Blogs - it shows all the way back to the 13th July.

And I never see any new content when I click on the gallery link - just get the message:

Sorry, no new content found.

- and yet when I actually go and look at the gallery there are new photos...

The gallery one I'm working on - I've got a support ticket in for this as the search delta files are there, but the results come back as empty.

There are also other board owners coming back with similar stories of VNC not working as expected.

I understand there will be some changes to it in the next release, which is due out soon, so hopefully it'll improve in the near future.

I am getting odd results too using it from the front page. When I am 3 or 4 pages in i am getting posts 5 mins old at the top mixed with yesterdays posts - odd indeed

It didn't seem to be happening yesterday, but it definately is today.

I'm working on the search system to try and extend the results, so it may be having a slightly negative impact in the meantime.
