Video Section

I think it would be nice to have a Cycling Video and a Off Topic Video section. Short thread but that's my opinion

Have to disagree. Cycling ones fit in whichever sub-fora they relate to and non-cycling ones in the cafe. To bunch all the cycling ones together would mix up how-to's with close passes with racing footage with ... A bit of a mess IMHO

You could add sub-sections.

You could, but I think that would make it too complicated. I would prefer to see fora based on subject matter as opposed to media.
