Ventana Tandem Fatbike El Gran Jefe.
This tandem is absolutely amazing like no other tandem. We have owned this tandem for 3years. It will be the only one in this spec as they are always scratch build to each customers specs.
It rides so smooth on the road but comes into its own on rough ground like canal toe paths.
It’s metallic green,front rock shox lockable suspension (cable operated from handle bars) Shimano gear shifter,Avid brake levers,suspension rear seat post (NEX) 11 speed Shimano XTR rear derailleur, Shimano XTR 11T - 40T cassette , 203 discs with Juin GT 4 piston brake calipers (cable operated hydraulic calipers) running on Veetire 26x3.5” tyres, Surly ( Rolling Darryl ) rims, Salsa 2 hubs with rockbros flat pedals.
Weight is less 20kg (@18kg without lights/pump/water bottles etc.
I am 6ft(captain) and my wife is 5ft 4(stoker) with plenty of adjustment up or down to suit most riders.
Only reluctantly selling this tandem as we spend 10 months of the year cycling (tandem) up in North Yorkshire with too many too steep hills for us,so thinking of buying an E tandem if this sells to a good home.
It is little used by us as we normally only do @10 mile rides up an down dale which doesn’t sound a lot,but believe me it’s plenty when you see these hills in Yorkshire 😳😢
