After an entire summer of waiting this damaged frame is being returned. I have written about this before but to cut a long story short - I ordered a frame from the Velodrome shop that arrived dented when I reported this they claimed that I had done the damage by whacking it. They refused any other consideration and a refund or replacement was never offered. Eventually I instigated a Visa chargeback dispute and they found in my favour giving Velodrome Shop 45 days to contest which they never did although three days before the deadline they told me to send the frame back. Suspecting some chicanery Visa advised me to wait until the end of the 45 days. Velodrome Shop then badgered me to return the frame (remember I had heard nothing from them for months) finally threatening me with fraud.
I have been offered neither apology nor compensation and throughout they have behaved in a surly and obstructive manner, my advice to fellow CCers is to avoid this company like the plague they are.
