I can't help you with a quick answer but you can go to the Campag website and download the exploded diagrams of both. That may reveal something obvious or not. At the higher end there is a difference in that the lever's swivel action is supported by ball bearings and lower end by bushes, but I don't know if that is the case with your two options. The mechanics will be exactly the same. I used to buy ratchet springs and rings to repair these things and it was all the same. No differentiation. However, the materials differ quite a bit. Some titanium, steel, die-cast zinc and composites are interchanged to come up with the various ranges.
