Vauxhall Bridge 13/11/13

Just been told by someone at work that a cyclist has been seriously hurt (or killed) on Vauxhall Bridge this morning. I did cycle over Lambeth Bridge and notice all the emergency vehicles over at Vauxhall Bridge so something has definitely happened.

This is daily now, what's going on?!
