It's been a good week.


I emailed SKS about my need for spare nut for their Renkompressor pump and I got a prompt response to say that they's send one for free from Germany.

On Tuesday I saw Seasick Steve at the O2 Academy in Leeds. While looking for somewhere to eat before the gig I discovered a great Chinese Restaurant called Red Chilli - only been open three years - shows how often i visit the city centre.

Yesterday I received a phone call to say that I'd won one of the Adobe Creative Suites of software min value £350, max value £1000 quid the chap couldn't tell me which one I'd won still it was nice surprise.

Tonight I had my first tapas meal with some friends yummmmm....

Tomorrow I have a nice Audax route from York through Stamford Bridge and Pocklington and back to York before riding the reverse loop back. Steak and chips are on the cards for the evening meal.

The crap starts on Sunday when I fit a new shower - it's bound to go wrong.

You'll probably even be able to do the shower with your eyes closed.

My first and only shower instalment, while being a complete success was not much fun. Knowing what I know now I'd have taken the bog out first. I'm still surprised I didn't dislocate a shoulder. *shudders*
