I have an old Cateye Stadium light that is broken. The battery is fine so the fault lies either in the bulb or the ballast. Any suggestions for modifying it, either to a halogen or LED?

Nextly,
in which direction do I turn the bolt on SPD pedals to tighten the cleat grip? I've heard horror stories about getting this wrong...

When my Cygolite bulb went Lumicycle were very helpful and were able to match my bulb wit theirs.

Drop them a line - they may be able to help.

Clockwise to tighten and nothing can go wrong, it's the untightening which risks them falling apart.
