TBH i think movistar will fade into even more of a b rank team without him as he seems to be about the only rider of note they have had for a long time .
Loved his riding but as siad his past was too murky to really be a fan , at least he is bowing out before he just ends up at the back of the pack just for the cash .

I got that impression when looking at their results, and also the doc gave the impression those they hoped would come through (Mas and Soler) maybe didn’t quite have it.
