I dont think the 200 does HRM or cadence monitor but I've also heard a lot of people saying they've got a 500 for the same price and it does.
 
Yeah Holux are good. I have the GPSport 260 and can't praise it enough - the Pro would seem to fit your bill.

I also praise their customer service - I lost a small rubber housing on the back of mine, and after contacting them they happily posted me out another, no charge, no problems.

£100 is a lot for a bike computer - what you want is probably more along the lines of a GPS instead of a bike computer. The Edge 200 gets rave reviews so maybe that's a good place to start.
