The video did the rounds at the time of the incident, but its good to see a police (you can tell I've been watching 'The Wire') being taken to task.

He was initially suspended, but now he has been indicted by the NY State Supreme Court for assault and filing false records. He won't be patrolling the streets anytime soon...
