It’s also agile – I cycled 150 miles to Birmingham on it during the Summer; and did the Dunwich Dynamo on it a couple of years ago.

Strangely enough, "agile" was very much the last word that was going through my mind on that Birmingham trip. "About as graceful as a lead brick wobbling on top of a plate of jelly" is closer to the mark. Admittedly, that may be more to do with the rider than the bike...
