Upgrades for Specialized Roubaix Comp

In the end bought a 2 year old Specialized Roubaix Comp and by going for second hand am left with £600 for upgrades. Currently has Shimano 105 groupset and Mavic Open Pro wheels.
What would be the most effective use of my £600?

Assos shorts, sidi shoes, nice saddle, and give the rest to me

I ride one of those. It's fantastically comfortable, maybe buy a Flite titanium saddle and spend the rest of good clothes and shoes. Oh and an 11-27 cassette.
